DELIVERY
At RM Foods Wholesale, Standard Delivery is £2.99 on Packages up to 15kg in weight, with an extra £3 being added for every additional 15kg in weight. There is no maximum order value or weight.
Our Standard Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
We now also offer Express Delivery! Express Delivery orders should be delivered 2 business days after an order is placed. If the order is placed before 2pm, express delivery will usually result in next working day delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: All delivery timelines are estimates, and no guarantees can be given on delivery times due to external courier related factors which are out of our control. However, if your delivery exceeds 5 days for Standard Delivery or 2 days for Express Delivery, you could be entitled to a refund to the amount of the delivery charge. Please contact us via email with your order number if your delivery is delayed and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
For orders exceeding 15kg, multiple packages may be sent to fulfil your order, these packages should all arrive on the same day but if this is not the case, we reccommend waiting up to an extra 2 working days before filling a complaint with our team. Occasionally the email confirmation of orders consisting of multiple packages will not show all tracking numbers associated with each individual package - If this is the case, please reach to us with your order numer and we will provide all of the tracking numbers for all of the packages in your order.
There is No Minimum Spend at RM Wholesale!
RM Wholesale provides delivery all over mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately Express Delivery to Northern Ireland is currently unavailable.
RETURNS
If you wish to return any items of purchase that you have made using our website, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition and the return is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with us through the process via email rmfoodswholesale@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
Refunds can only be issued once valid tracking information is provided for the returning goods. The return label will be provided to you by our team upon request of return via email. Please note the return item will have to be dropped off at a parcel shop.
The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer, except in certain cases, for example when an error has occurred on our behalf.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
REFUNDS
We aim to fully process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving the goods - This may vary depending on the original payment method used. In most cases the refund will be issued by us instantly and the time for the funds to be fully returned back into your account will depend on the payment method used. If the refund is for a returned item, please make sure to alert our team when the return parcel has succesfully been dropped off - We can then check the status of the return and make sure to issue the refund as soon as possible.
